- 3 to 6 Days Prior to Check-In: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee; the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Within 48 Hours of Check-In / No-Show: No refund will be provided, and the total booking amount will be charged.

- Once a cancellation is confirmed and a refund is approved, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
