- Full refund of the deposit or prepayment made.
- 3 to 6 Days Prior to Check-In:
- 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Within 48 Hours of Check-In / No-Show:
- 100% of the total booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
3. Amendments to Reservations
- Changes to existing reservations (such as altering dates or room types) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Any changes must be requested at least 3 days prior to the original check-in date to avoid cancellation fees.
4. Refund Processing
- If applicable, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days following the cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, illness, or emergencies, we encourage guests to contact us. We may offer flexibility in our cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.
